At Rowan College at Burlington County, we are genuinely concerned with the well being of our staff and their families. We recognize that it can often be difficult to resolve some of the challenging issues that we face both in the workplace and in our personal lives. We are pleased to announce a new benefit through Carebridge Corporation. Effective July 1, 2006, Full-Time Employees and their dependants will be eligible for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Work-Life Services. These valuable benefits will be available, at no cost, to you.

Carebridge is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week by calling 800-437-0911. Carebridge also maintains a website at www.myliferesource.com. The College's Access code can be obtained from the Human Resources Department. Online services include a wealth of additional information to support the counseling services including child care and eldercare locator databases, legal document center, Shoppers Discount Center and wellness tutorials.
Personnel PoliciesNew Jersey First Act
Rowan College at Burlington County complies with the "New Jersey First Act:". This Act requires all Rowan College at Burlington County employees, hired on or after September 1st, 2011, to currently reside in NJ or relocate within one (1) year of their hire date. (Note that this residency requirement does not apply to any person who is employed at the College on a temporary or per-term basis as a visiting professor, teacher, instructor, or researcher.)

Annual Clery Report
Colleges are required to make available a report of college safety policies, procedures and crime statistics covering the last three calendar years. Rowan College at Burlington County's Annual Security Report is available for your review online. Hard copies of this report can be obtained by visiting the Public Safety Department on the Mount Laurel Campus or by calling (856) 222-9311, ext. 1340.
Board PoliciesTo enhance the communication of Rowan College at Burlington County Board of Trustees’ policies to the college community the board policies are linked below. Since the inception of the college in 1969, board policies have been established, reviewed, renewed, or sustained. At the current time, we are reviewing all board policies in an effort to be legally compliant with state and federal mandates and to assure the relevance of the policies in the 21st century. A. You will receive a system-generated email confirmation that your application was received. The search committee team reviews and evaluates all applications received. You will be contacted if they wish to interview you. Some of our positions are ongoing postings and will be filled as needed.
Q. I applied for a position and I am also interested in other positions. Do I have to apply again?
A. Yes, you will need to apply to each job posting separately. A unique search committee is assigned to each individual job posting.
Q. I am having trouble logging into NEOGOV. Can Human Resources help?
