What's the average ACT score for UCLA?

I'm really interested in applying to UCLA next year, and I'm trying to figure out what my target ACT score should be. Could somebody let me know what the average ACT score is for UCLA students? Thanks a bunch!

The average ACT score for admitted UCLA students tends to fluctuate slightly from year to year. Generally, you can expect the middle 50% ACT score range for accepted students to be between 31 and 35. While reaching the higher end of this range will increase your chances of admission, keep in mind that UCLA looks for much more than high test scores.

In addition to standardized testing, UCLA considers your coursework rigor, grades, extracurricular activities, essays, and personal background. Strive to excel in different aspects of your application to showcase your capabilities and unique qualities.

With that said, if you can score within or above the 31-35 ACT range, you will be well-positioned academically for admission. However, remember that every applicant pool is different, and these numbers may change slightly for each application cycle. Good luck with your preparations!
